Controlled-environment agriculture and aquaculture are being developed with equal strategic importance, each supported by crop- or species-appropriate technology, quality management, and product-handling plans.
Controlled Environment Agriculture
Planned crop production includes premium leafy greens, culinary herbs, microgreens, and specialty crops. Each growing system will be selected around crop biology, quality targets, labor efficiency, and reliable commercial output.
Aquaculture & Aquaponics
Planned aquatic categories include shrimp and selected finfish. RAS, biofiltration, water-quality monitoring, biosecurity, and other species-appropriate technologies will be evaluated as part of a clean, controlled production model. Aquaponic integration will be applied only where it is commercially and operationally sound.
Supporting operations
The broader development model includes propagation or hatchery workflows, harvesting, processing and packing, quality control, cold storage, order handling, and distribution planning.
