Controlled Environment Agriculture

Crop-appropriate systems for premium indoor production.

Planned crop production includes premium leafy greens, culinary herbs, microgreens, and specialty crops. Each growing system will be selected around crop biology, quality targets, labor efficiency, and reliable commercial output.

Aquaculture & Aquaponics

Commercial aquatic production supported by water management.

Planned aquatic categories include shrimp and selected finfish. RAS, biofiltration, water-quality monitoring, biosecurity, and other species-appropriate technologies will be evaluated as part of a clean, controlled production model. Aquaponic integration will be applied only where it is commercially and operationally sound.

Supporting operations
